Dear All,

Even if I were a U.S.-born or non-U.S.-born candidate, and even if constitutional limits on presidential terms or the frequency of presidential elections were removed, every citizen would still have the right to vote for themselves and choose the candidate they believe in. I would never vote on behalf of anyone else; I would earn the trust and support of the American people through my qualifications, dedication, hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment to public service. You will determine who to work with as your president in the elections and you will decide that yourself as in the past and as it should be. But if there may be an improvement in such laws and make a positive contribution to citizens and our country then I believe this should always be considered to make laws more inclusive. I can understand that every candidate would vote for themselves if they were nominated—that’s completely natural, and I would do the same. If I were not a candidate, I would also vote for the candidate I believed in, just like everyone else. And as I always say: if you give your first vote to yourself, please consider giving your second vote to me I hope I got the confidence, love and sympathy of all citizens! 😊 Thank you! Whether I was born in the United States or elsewhere should not, by itself, define my ability to serve. What matters is what I bring to the country: my Ph.D., my professional experience, my dedication to my duties, and a cabinet and team of consultants selected from among the best specialists in their fields. With the love, support, and trust of the American people—and with their confidence in this vision and this brand—there is nothing we cannot achieve together. Ultimately, voters will judge me not simply by where I was born, but by my qualifications, my character, my achievements, and what I can contribute to the United States. That should be clear to every citizen.

Whether I was born in the United States or not, as President of the United States, I will carry out my duties with the highest integrity and professionalism, as other Presidents have tried to do in the past, while considering the expectations of the American people and acting in accordance with universal norms, values, and contemporary trends to preserve our competitive edge and remain one of the best and most developed countries in the world. I hope we will be number one in every category. We need to preserve our strength.

Together with my Cabinet, staff, consultants, specialists, experts, and other qualified professionals, I will work to provide responsible and effective leadership.

If Americans say, “As long as you are a good leader, we will elect you, we love you, and we support you,” then I believe that a candidate's birthplace or any other thing should not be an issue or a barrier to becoming a nominee. In my view, leadership, competence, integrity, and service to the people are what matter most. Thank you.

I believe we have citizens saying and thinking, “Dr. Özerk Yavuz is right. He is a good, talented, qualified, kind, compassionate, love and think all of us and good-hearted person,” voting for both Democrats and Republicans. And I think they are right.

I believe they will be voting for Dr. Özerk Yavuz, a bipartisan candidate who embraces and hugs both Republicans and Democrats, as well as all of our citizens, at the same time, to be elected as the President of the United States, as in the movies.

I can see that; I can feel that this love and support is so clear.

And it is like a bipartisan deal, united under the administration of President Dr. Özerk Yavuz who is both a Republican also a Democrat. President Dr. Özerk Yavuz is one of us. President Dr. Özerk Yavuz is one of you. A sign, symbol and brand of trust, honesty, qualification, merit, kindness, good heart and compassion.

If you want a president who respects both Democrats and Republicans, animals and all living beings, and our planet and the world we share; a president who respects diversity, equity, and inclusion; and a president committed to protecting your rights, democratic freedoms, civil liberties, and freedom of speech—so that you never have to be afraid to express your ideas, live the life you want, choose your career path, decide where to work, determine how you want to live, or pursue your own lifestyle, sexual orientation, relationship preferences, beliefs, or religion—then I believe you deserve a president who respects all of those choices.

You should be free to enjoy your life, have fun with your friends and family, and live according to your own values and choices. And yes, I believe Las Vegas and similar places can be perfectly good options for having some fun and definitely part of our culture! 😊 Democratic Freedoms and liberties are also definitely part of our culture. We Should protect all.

I believe Americans, whether they are from Las Vegas, Tenesse, Wichita, New York, Louisiana, California or from any other state or city are kind, good, good hearted, compassionate and valuable people in reality. I respect and appreciate them just as much as I respect and appreciate America itself. I also believe Las Vegas is a good place, and I have great respect for the people who work there, including those in casinos, the entertainment industry, hospitality, and related fields. In my experience, many of these people are sincere, kind-hearted, hardworking, and good people, just like other American citizens. I did not see any reason to treat them differently or to avoid spending time with them. On the contrary, because I felt comfortable with them and believed they were good people, kind, good hearted, compassionate so I wanted to spend time with them and experience the city and its people several times. That is simply the reason why I visited and wanted to spend time in Las Vegas and people of Las Vegas. Maybe there is another reason, when so many ladies have called you a true gentleman throughout your lifetime in every country you visited, lived, worked and alike, and then you see a “Gentlemen’s Club” sign, you think, “Well, that must be the place!” Who knows? 😊 Hope we may have similar opportunities in the future as well. Thank you.

When our children, teenagers, and young people grow up, they will say, “We want the democratic freedoms, liberties, rights, and opportunities to make our own decisions, choose our own paths, and live the lives and lifestyles we value, just as people do in other advanced and developed nations.” And they are right. We should listen to them and protect these fundamental freedoms. Doing so is not only essential to building a free, open, and democratic society protecting liberties; it also strengthens our innovation, creativity, human capital, and competitiveness, giving us a significant advantage and competitive edge in the global arena. We should recognize this, embrace it, and protect it for generations to come and should never sacrifice from these freedoms. When there is a freedom you can benefit from it as in developed countries. If you do not have freedom even if you want it you cannot have it. We should see that and make our laws inclusive considering everybody.

We should protect and strengthen the first-class democratic principles, freedoms, liberties, and diversity that make our society special, as in developed nations and countries as cited in many scientific journals , who sets the benchmarks with mutual respect, understanding and empathy. We should consider all those best practices.

For all these reasons, I believe President Dr. Özerk Yavuz, myself could be a strong option for all of us—a president who seeks to serve people regardless of their political affiliation, background, beliefs, or differences. Statement by Dr. Özerk Yavuz

I hope that, just as in the movies, I may one day be elected as the President of the United States in real life also. If it is constitutional and in accordance with the laws of the United States, I hereby officially announce my intention to nominate myself as a candidate for the Presidency of the United States in the 2028 election and I approve this message.

What I am saying is completely clear: with my qualifications and degrees, including my doctoral degree, Dr. title, M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees, as well as my worldwide experience in distinguished countries, businesses, and organizations, the career path I choose and the life decisions I make are fully within the law, and they have always been so. What I would say or have said “I approve this message” and what I would not, what I accepted and would accept, is crystal clear—there is no room for misunderstanding whatsoever. Trying to portray a person who has complied with the law throughout his or her entire life in all countries, all continents of our world visited, lived, worked with a clear criminal record in a negative or misleading way to discredit is neither constructive nor ethical.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all who have supported me along the way—our fellow citizens, We the People of the United States, friends, family, my teachers & professors, AI, all world leaders and world citizens.

If entrusted with this responsibility, my administration will work steadily toward our shared objectives and national targets. If I am elected President of the United States, my administration will be guided by one fundamental principle: public policy must be built on evidence, not assumptions; on facts, not ideology; and on long-term national interests, not short-term political gains.

Our national agenda will not be written behind closed doors. It will be developed through a comprehensive process that brings together the voices of our citizens, business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, scientists, economists, politicians, healthcare professionals, engineers, security experts, environmental specialists, opinion leaders and representatives from every community across our nation. Every American deserves to be heard, and every informed perspective deserves consideration.

To ensure that our decisions reflect the highest standards of knowledge, my administration will establish a Presidential Scientific and Strategic Advisory Council composed of leading experts from academia, industry, government, and civil society. We will continuously review findings published in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals, including research indexed in Scopus, the Science Citation Index (SCI), the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), and other respected scientific databases. We will examine contemporary research on economics, business, public administration, healthcare, education, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, climate resilience, national security, and global competitiveness.

Our roadmap will be based on rigorous strategic analysis. Every major policy initiative will undergo comprehensive SWOT analysis—evaluating our national strengths, identifying weaknesses that require reform, recognizing emerging opportunities, and preparing for potential threats. We will complement this with risk assessments, scenario planning, benchmarking against international best practices, and measurable performance indicators. Government must become a learning organization that continuously adapts to changing realities rather than reacting to crises after they occur.

The world is changing at an unprecedented pace. Dear All,

I devoted a significant part of my life to public service and also worked on the NATO’s AWACS project at HAVELSAN, Ankara, Turkey. I am proud to have contributed to NATO and to the wider world. I also fulfilled my military service with dedication, putting on the boots and uniform and doing my duty in Turkey, NATO.

I could have chosen a different path and spent that year enjoying life—traveling, celebrating with friends, meeting beautiful women and partying on yachts as some can do which I deeply repect. But I thought an experience in NATO would give me good development chances, upskilling and would open many doors in my career paths that I am willing to choose as other citizens. Perhaps, if I become wealthy and truly free in the future, I will have more opportunities to enjoy those experiences with the people who genuinely want me in their lives with the unique qualifications, skills and alike I developed and achieved during my lifetime. So I think it is never too late :).

But throughout my life, I have worked extremely hard, and I am sincerely grateful for everything. My Ph.D. and similar achievements in my career path demonstrates that I believe.

At the same time, I do not want to be unfairly labeled or treated as though I were guilty when I have done nothing wrong. I consider myself a law-abiding, responsible, and exemplary, model citizen. I have paid my taxes, and I have no criminal record in any of the countries where I have lived, worked, or traveled. My places of residence, employment, and activities are well documented, with full transparency and accountability.

My financial activities are transparent as well. Every penny I have earnt and spent throughout my life is also transparent.

I simply hope that my efforts, good faith, and contributions will be recognized fairly, and that I will never be treated as guilty without justification simply because I speak my mind or express my thoughts and for the things that are not in my own control.

If, along the way, I have unintentionally hurt anyone, please know this was never my intention. Should any misunderstandings have occurred, or if my words or actions were ever perceived in a way I did not intend, I offer my sincere apology. Nothing I have done has ever been deliberate in harm, nor has it come from a place of ill will. I hope that, over time, we may move beyond any misunderstandings, and that all may recognize the sincerity, honesty, goodwill, and pure intentions that have guided my heart.

Dear All,

I respectfully wish to clarify that, throughout my entire life, I have never authorized, requested, or intentionally opened a live broadcast or public channel, particularly for the purpose of sharing my art, film or movie productions that I am working on, or my personal views and thoughts. I have also never authorized, requested, or intentionally opened a live broadcast or public channel for the purpose of promoting, criticizing, endorsing, or discouraging any particular person’s products, services, or commercial preferences. Nor have I ever made a personal call asking others to “buy this, not that,” or anything of that nature. I have never opened a public broadcasting channel, nor have I ever made a personal call or spoken to another person or group of people about this type of thing or these types of matters in my entire life. Ultimately, in matters of consumer choice, the decision belongs to the audience and consumers, not to me which I respect.

Any unauthorized broadcasting or use of my recorded words—including references to my personal product preferences, brainstorming, thoughts, scenario analyses, ideas, or thinking aloud based on my past experiences—should not be interpreted as an intentional public endorsement, boycott, recommendation, or campaign against any person, organization, country, business, brand, product, or service. The same principle applies to all of my personal views, thoughts, comments, observations, and spontaneous discussions concerning individuals, organizations, countries, businesses, brands, products, services, or other subjects. Thinking aloud, exploring possibilities, analyzing scenarios, expressing preliminary opinions, brainstorming, reflecting on past experiences, or speaking spontaneously should not, by itself, be treated as a finalized public statement, a final artistic or cinematic production, or evidence of an intention to influence others or crime. Likewise, commercial arrangements concerning brand, product, or service placements, sponsorships, placement fees, endorsements, or similar commercial considerations would need to be properly discussed, negotiated, agreed upon, and incorporated into the appropriate final production and contractual framework. A preliminary recording should therefore not be treated as though it were a completed, commercially approved, or officially released production.

I therefore respectfully ask that any recording or broadcast made without my permission not be taken out of context or used against me as though I had intentionally published, endorsed, rejected, or advocated its content. I have never opened a live channel for this purpose during my entire life, and I have never made a personal call to initiate such a campaign. My fundamental position is simple: private or spontaneous thinking aloud within private life or via art productions should not be transformed into an unauthorized public message or attributed to me as a deliberate and finalized statement.

It is also important to note that everybody has their own brain, central nervous system, free will, preferences, and individual mechanisms for interpreting and decoding information, regardless of what they see in art or cinema, read in books, or hear from other sources. Human behavior is not determined by a single factor; rather, it is complex, multidimensional, and influenced by numerous individual, social, cultural, psychological, biological, and contextual factors.

Individuals are not merely passive receivers of messages. They can actively process, filter, interpret, evaluate, and decode the information they encounter through their own cognitive and neural systems. They may also question, compare, verify, or reject information received from media, opinion leaders, or other sources and ultimately make their own judgments about what to believe and how to behave. They may always verify what they hear from literature and other credible sources as well. At the biological level, the central nervous system plays a fundamental role in processing information and coordinating responses through neural pathways that ultimately influence motor neurons and physiological effectors, actuators such as muscles and alike. Thus, there are multiple layers between receiving a message and producing a particular behavior. Audience and message receivers are more than passive consumers of messages in books, arts, films and in other sources. They can distinguish between right and wrong, and between good and bad characters, regardless of what they see in art, cinema, or elsewhere. It is only under authoritarian/dictatorial regimes and/or by people in this character who does not have respect to others, that people are blamed, discredited, criminalized, tortured, assaulted, penalized and alike for thinking and speaking in an effort to suppress them from expressing and sharing their ideas; even if there is no crime occurred and there is no corpus delicti at all. This should not be the norm elsewhere.

As widely discussed in distinguished academic literature indexed by databases such as Scopus and journals included in the Science Citation Index (SCI), exposure to a message does not automatically determine how an individual interprets it or behaves in response. Human interpretation and behavior emerge from the interaction of multiple factors rather than from a single message or source. Therefore, the sender of a message cannot reasonably be considered to have complete or direct control over the recipient’s interpretation, decisions, or subsequent behavior, which are inherently influenced by multiple interconnected factors and are not attributable to one single cause.

With respect to my Hollywood and other creative productions, I also respect the legitimate commercial and creative interests of brands, products, services, businesses, cities, countries, and other potential partners. Where appropriate and mutually desired, I am open to legitimate product placements, brand partnerships, sponsorships, master copy/license purchases of my art/movie productions, revenue-generating arrangements like consultation, training, team building, conferences & alike, licensing, celebrity endorsement or advertising agreements involving countries, cities, brands, products, and services, provided that the relevant parties genuinely wish to cooperate and mutually agree to the terms of such cooperation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, which I fully respect. In our productions, I respect the commercial decisions and preferences of our partners regarding product placements, endorsements, advertising, sponsorships, and other business relationships, and I likewise believe that our partners will respect the stories, characters, creative concepts, artistic choices and narratives that we develop in accordance with freedom of creative expression and artistic freedom considering feedbacks from my distinguished consultants, distinguished citizens, world citizens and fans. I thank everybody who believed in me, loved me and preferred and will prefer me and my art productions with all the respect to everybody.

Without securing the agreed master-copy fee, brand placement fees, product placement fees, service placement fees, and other applicable commercial arrangements, I would not share or release the master copy with streaming or broadcasting companies. This is the type of business and commercial setup that I would consider for my productions, based on mutually agreed terms and appropriate contractual arrangements. I believe that such an approach would be understood and respected by many parties involved in the creative, broadcasting, streaming, and entertainment industries. If the relevant authorities grant permission to establish and operate this business in the associated countries, and if all activities are conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations—which I deeply respect—I would be pleased to pursue this business idea as an entrepreneurial venture and work toward turning it into a successful and sustainable business story (An enterpreneurship Success Story !).

At the same time, I recognize that completed productions may be subject to editing, adaptation, classification, localization, content adjustments, and other requirements arising from applicable laws and regulations, contractual obligations, and the editorial policies of distribution and streaming companies and platforms, including Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, and others, where applicable. I respect such lawful and legitimate decisions as part of the professional production, licensing, distribution, and streaming process which are in the responsibillity of the streaming and broadcasting company not the content creators'.

Where a streaming or distribution company determines that editing, adaptation, localization, or other content adjustments are necessary or appropriate in order to comply with the laws and regulations of the country or jurisdiction in which the content is distributed or broadcast, I respect that process and the platform’s responsibility for its own distribution, publication, editorial, and regulatory compliance decisions. Such platform-level decisions should be distinguished from the original creative work of the content creator. Where applicable, responsibility for complying with the laws and regulations governing the distribution or broadcasting of content rests with the relevant broadcaster, distributor, or streaming platform within the scope of its legal and contractual responsibilities. I respect the lawful editorial and regulatory decisions of such platforms, including decisions concerning the adaptation or editing of content for particular jurisdictions.

Where a streaming or distribution company chooses to make legally required or otherwise permitted adjustments to a production in order to comply with the local laws and regulations of a country in which the production is distributed or broadcast, I respect that process and the company's responsibility for its own distribution and editorial decisions. This is under responsibility of the broadcasting channels not the content creators’. If in accordance with laws and regulations of the country where content is streaming editing is necessary this is something I respect. This is under responsibility of the broadcasting channels not the content creators’.

Such platform-level adaptations should therefore be distinguished from the original creative work and from spontaneous, unfinished, preliminary, or unauthorized recordings that have never been reviewed, approved, or designated by the creator as the final version of the work.

Ultimately, there is an important distinction between an unfinished master recording, spontaneous personal speech, brainstorming, scenario analysis, reflection, or thinking aloud, and a deliberately finalized, edited, reviewed, authorized, and commercially released production. I respectfully ask that this distinction, together with the importance of consent, context, editorial integrity, creative rights, freedom of artistic expression, consumer autonomy, and legitimate commercial cooperation, be fully respected.
